Leadership is a responsibility to serve

The President’s address for the Lukolis Leaders Training and Induction on 27 May 2026 set out a practical expectation: leadership means responsibility, personal example, unity and respectful service.

The address encouraged leaders to understand the Constitution and policies, strengthen their CAGs, mobilise positively and protect the trust of members.
