How we organise

Members and Community Action Groups connect through Ward and Subcounty Champions to County Teams and national or country structures. Congress, the Board and the Office of the President provide the constitutional framework for governance and stewardship.

The five constitutional departments anchor leadership, Secretariat administration, finance, welfare and programmes. Authorities and responsibilities are defined in the Constitution and Governance Manual.

Women, youth, persons with disabilities, older persons, families, professionals, enterprise actors and communities have a place in our shared purpose.
